So I managed to get down to the KAWS exhibition at YSP. If you haven’t been already, I would highly recommend it. We only paid about £5 for the car park then the rest of what we did was all free!
The bus which takes you to the opposite side of the park leaves every hour or so. We caught the bus to this warehouse full of huge KAWS sculptures, the hall is amazing looking out onto the rest of the park & fields. When we finished admiring the sculptures in the hall we walked a couple miles across the fields which was lovely, to the other side of the park across the river. This is where the massive KAWS sculptures stood.
I have wanted to see one of these sculptures for forever, so it was pretty surreal to see so many all at once, and take in the size and beauty of these pieces. We just found ourselves staring at them for ages, they really are even better in real life! Hope you enjoy the photos.
